Part II Chapter 3. Adhesion Properties

Equally critical as thermal properties to the field performance of fire resistive materials are their adhesion properties. This chapter presents ongoing research at NIST to accurately and adequately assess the adhesion characteristics of these materials, both as applied and following environmental aging.
