This report had two principal goals related to cement powder sizing, and therefore there should be two sets of recommendations, one relating to the prospect of establishing a reference material for PSD measurements, and one related to the development of a standard method for cement PSD measurements. Because the great majority of participants reported using a LAS-based technique, only LAS will be discussed in the context of reference materials and standards.
